Since the reorganization of government in 2000, TWTH became managed by new established Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Its flexible design can be used for drama, Chinese opera, assembly performance, and also concert, recital, recording. Hirers can also remove seats for setting Orchestra pit when necessary.

Cultural Activities Hall is a proscenium type fit-up theatre modestly equipped to stage drama, recital, seminar and variety performances.

TWTH also houses Exhibition Gallery, providing 372 sq.m. area for exhibitions, cocktail receptions or small visual art performances. Besides, there are also Lecture Room and Conference Room, providing venues for meetings, seminars or rehearsals, for citizens or groups.
